Accroche Coeurs coat and hat stand
With the Accroche Coeurs coat and hat stand Fermob have brought back one of their own designs from almost 30 years ago.
Originally designed in 1993 by Fermob’s long time designer, Pascal Morgue, as a take on the traditional curved wood coat rack. It’s not been in production for quite a well so it’s a welcome surprise to see it back since 2021.
It’s a stunning piece for a hallway or lobby and will take hats, bags, scarves as well as coats, though perhaps not too many – you wouldn’t want to hide the neo-romantic curved wire work.
Rising from a solid cast-iron base, the aluminium tube breaks out into into eight steel wire hooks. And as it’s finished with Fermob’s usual anti-UV polyester powder paintwork, it could even live outdoors; however, it’s equally at home in a hall, bathroom, or bedroom.
Available in a range of colours for the frame, the base is painted Liquorice (black).
