These enamel 12 cm bowls are made by Falcon Enamelware who have been making their iconic enamelware since 1920.
Made by fusing porcelain onto heavy-gauge steel, the result is a hard-wearing, durable and chemical resistant finish. With age, it might acquire a few chips but won’t break.
Dishwasher-safe and oven-safe (I’m thinking individual pies here) up to 270°C (530°F), it can also be used on gas and electric hobs. It is also freezer safe (so you could make individual ice creams in them!), but not microwave safe.
