The main ingredient of basil pesto stirred into pasta or gnocchi, the easiest of calming suppers, but oh so much better if you make it yourself from fresh ingredients.
A few ripped leaves with a good, fresh mozzarella and hand-picked tomatoes and a glug of olive oil and you have a plate of sunshine.
