With the Luxembourg long bench, the designer Frédéric Sofia has produced a playful, colourful reinterpretation of the classic school bench for Fermob.

It is lighter (as it’s made from aluminium) and more modern than ever, while having lost none of its timeless charm. The Luxembourg bench, with its three generous seats, is also the perfect dinner-table companion: whether dining alone or as a table of eight.

And just because it’s garden furniture, don’t limit yourself to just using it outdoors. It would look great in a hallway as somewhere to perch when removing boots, which could be stored underneath.
