Accroche Coeurs coat stand
This year sees Fermob re-visiting their Accroche Coeurs coat stand.
First designed for Fermob by the designer Pascal Morgue in 1993 as a take on the traditional curved wood coat stands, they’ve revived it in todays colours.
Hats, bags, umbrellas, scarves, this coat stand can take quite a few articles, offering four double hooks. The heavy base keeps it stable.
Great for a hallway, bedroom, even a terrace.
And the name – what does Accroche Coeurs, – translates as “cow lick” as in when hair grows out at a different direction – have to do with a coat stand? Perhaps the hair cow lick inspired the hooks? However, we also like another translation of it: “heart holder” – perhaps somewhere to hang those pieces you love.
